Wonderul place to live. Office staff is caring and friendly. This is my 7th year here.The atmosphere is clean and nicely kept. My mother has been here for 26 yrs and she absolutely loves it. I now have my grandma living here on property as well. The new office manager Beth has done a great job making sure the premises are prestige and she is very compassionate about the residents. I'm happy to call this home.

My family lived in Williamsburg on the Lake for about a year. We really liked living there. The ladies in the office were very friendly and learned our names which was nice. They took our dog and the pet fee was very reasonable. When we had maintenance issues they responded very quickly. The buildings are older but they are well maintained. I would recommend them to anyone. We moved because we bought a house.

I have been in the Willamsburg apartments for almost 6 months and have nothing but praise for the staff and maintenance crew. With the sloppy winter, hopefully, behind us, I have to say the walks and parking area were always well-maintained and safe.

I love Williamsburg on the Lake. Very small net community. Neighbors are very friendly. Staff and crew are always there to help. Most importantly, very dog friendly for big breed dogs! I truly recommend!

A beautiful, peaceful and friendly place to live. I LOVE it there and I love that not only are they pet friendly they have a bark park to take your dogs to play!!!!
